How quickly can we get started?
Once we agree on scope, kickoff is usually within 5–7 working days. For urgent campaigns we've turned around new accounts in 48 hours, but we prefer to take the time to do a proper onboarding.
Do you work month-to-month or only on long contracts?
Both. Most retainers are month-to-month with 30 days' notice — we believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in. For project-based work (websites, brand identity), we work on fixed-scope agreements.
What size of brands do you typically work with?
Our sweet spot is brands spending ₹2L–₹50L per month on marketing, or annual revenues between ₹2Cr and ₹500Cr. We do work with smaller brands and large enterprises occasionally, but we'll tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.
Where are you based and do you work internationally?
Our studio is in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. About 60% of our clients are in India, 40% are international (mostly US, UK, UAE, Singapore). We work asynchronously and our team's hours overlap most major timezones.

Do you sign NDAs before initial conversations?
Yes, happy to. Send us your standard NDA along with your enquiry and we'll have it signed within a day. We routinely sign NDAs before deep-dive discovery sessions, especially for product launches.
